On March 10, 2026, the Westview PEARLS visited the Dr. Benjamin E. Mays Historical Site for an educational and inspirational tour. During the visit, students learned about the life, leadership, and legacy of Dr. Benjamin E. Mays, who was a renowned educator, minister, and mentor to many civil rights leaders.
The visit had a meaningful impact on the students by encouraging them to dream bigger, work harder, and recognize that their circumstances do not define their future. The Westview PEARLS left the historical site inspired by Dr. Mays’ legacy and motivated to pursue excellence, leadership, and service in their own lives.
